Today's Word:

Welp, today wasn't too bad. I got to hang out with Jonathan, AJ, Heister, Melissa, and Wheels. We went and saw that new movie "Cry Wolf". It actually wasn't that bad. I thought it was gonna suck, but it ended up being pretty good.

Anyway, I still don't know what that one girls name is, but no worries... if I'm supposed to meet her, then I know I will sooner or later. I'll just leave it up to the Lord.

Here's one good thing that happened this wk end... I got to see Tiffani and Linda at Lori's wedding yesterday. It was a beautiful wedding. Tiffani brought along her new boyfriend. His name is Adam Davis and he's from Australia... and he's a really cool guy too. It wa sa privelage meeting him.

But I'll write more later if I can... gotta run.

So here's the dang deal:

- Work is going good at the moment. It's been almost 2 weeks and I'm still there... Yeah, that's right... NOT FIRED!!! Woo Hoo!!! But yeah, work is going fine if you were wondering, so thanks for those prayers. I love you guys... and girls.

And yes... despite all the bad that may have happened today, it was a good day. You know why? Well for one, God made today happen... but also, I got paid! So yes, yes... twas a good day... twas a good day.

Oh, and one other thing about work... There is this one girl that works at Providence with me, not sure of her name as of yet...(notice I said "yet") ; ) but anyway... I remember seeing her before while I was doing my last clinical there for school... and good God... she is so Beautiful! I mean, It's not like I'm in love or lust or anything like that... she's just one of those girls that is just down right beautiful and you can't help but admire her. Anyway, I don't see her very often because she in a different department than me, but still... simply gorgeous. She looks like she's about my age... maybe a little older, and she doesn't have a ring on her finger either... always a good thing. Anyway, if I'm being a little too outspoken, then please let me know... but I just had to mention her. I'll leave it at that for now. But pray that this won't be a distraction or anything while I'm at work... I mean, I'd hate to be walking an elderly patient down the hall, see her and get distracted, and then forget about my patient's safety... That would suck! Anyway...

All is well in the world of Jake, and I hope to see some of you cats real soon.

Tiff - I'm really excited to see you this wk end and I hope that the hurricane won't keep ya'll from coming down. I'm happy that you finally got your mail... and I know you're happy too : )

Jonathan - I'm sorry that we didn't get to hang out and see a movie the other day... that really sucked. But hey, hopefully we'll get to hang out and do whatever when you come back a RICH man. You're gonna be my Suga' Daddy!

Cole - Can't wait to see you bro! It's gonna be freakin pimp having you live with us. But know this... Showers are mandatory in our house... NO exceptions.  There's just something about you scranton kids...man! But anyway, know that you're loved very much and we all look forward to seeing you.

AJ - You're a freakin' pimp and a half, and you rock my physical therapy socks off!

Justin B. - Same goes for you buddy! I love you bro and you need to call me sometime soon to let me know how you liked the CD and pics... Holla Back!

So here's the 411:

- I went to the interview at Providence this past tuesday, and guess what... I GOT HIRED!!! I had to bring back a new application in on wednesday and she hired me on the spot, isn't that frickin' Awesome?! So for those of you who were praying for me, Thank You so very much, You guys Rock!

- I also got my passenger side door fixed this past tuesday. As I said before, my grandma wanted to fix it, and as I figured, she did. We took it up to the chevrolet house out in West, and they had it fixed that same day. So as you can tell, tuesday was a pretty good day.

But that's about it for now. Continue to pray for me though because now that I've found a job, I have to become a grown-up... 401K and all : ) I'm really nervous about working... At a Freakin' Hospital No Less!!! Anyway, I love You cats and hope to see or hear from you soon...

Today wasn't too bad of a day. I did F-up my passenger side door though. I'm really stupid! Me and brent were at his old place in the ghetto and he got out of my truck to run a screwdriver back to the neighbor's house right down the street and left his door open when he got out. Well, I was in a hurry and almost out of gas, so I started to back up to where he was even though the door was open. When I started backing up, the door dragged the dirt and grass( brents yard is like a big hill with grass) and bent the door back just a little bit in the opposite direction that it's supposed to go. Well needless to say, my door won't close all the way now and it's all messed up. But either way, my grandma saw it and said she would get it fixed. I objected to that idea because it was totally my fault, but she persisted and I guess she's gonna get it fixed for me... I love her so much : )

Well anyway... we finally painted brent's room and got that out of the way. He's back now if you didn't already know... But anyway, I've got an interview at Providence Hospital this coming tuesday at 9am and I'm hoping that I'll get hired on there because I badly need a job. Prayers would be appreciated... Thanks!

Oh, and I'm not sure if he wanted everyone to know yet but, Cole's moving back to Waco the first of October and won't be playing with A Pacific Model anymore... isn't that AWESOME news?! He plans to move in with me, brent, and edward when he gets back. Not too sure who will be sharing rooms yet, but... we'll work that out later. I'm just really excited that he's coming back home. That's an answered prayer...Thanks God!

But yeah, I'm about to head out to waco from eddy here in a bit and go swimming with brent and some of the guys from the youth group, so... I'll be sure to get on here as soon as possible though and continue to update. Please pray for me concerning my interview on tuesday though, I appreciate it!

Still haven't painted Brents room... but I think he gets back tomorrow before the back to school bash. Jonathan's coming to that by the way... it should be fun.
